Supply & Demand Dispatch ("we") is a truck dispatch service in Salinas, California. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company, phone, email, MC/DOT number, equipment and lanes, when you fill out our sign-up form, call, text, email or message us.
- Messages and comments you send to our Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube channel or TikTok account, and your public profile name on those platforms.
- Public carrier records (for example FMCSA registration data).
How we use it
- To answer your questions, reply to your comments and messages, and provide dispatch services you ask for.
- To keep records of our conversations and the loads we book for you.
- We use automated tools to help sort and draft replies; Harold reviews conversations and a person handles every booking.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not message you first on social platforms; we reply to messages you send us.
Platform data
When you interact with us on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, we access only the comments and messages related to our own accounts, through each platform's official tools, and follow each platform's terms. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube API Services
We use YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel, reply to comments on our videos, and read view counts for our own videos. We do not access any other person's YouTube account.
By using our services or interacting with our YouTube channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
- What YouTube data we store: our own video IDs and view counts, and the public names and comments of people who comment on our videos while we reply to them.
- Where: on our office computer in Salinas, California. We do not sell or share it.
- How long: view counts are refreshed every day, and commenter names and comments are deleted within 30 days.
- Revoke access: you can remove any app's access to your Google account at any time in your Google security settings.
- Delete your data: email supplyanddemanddispatch@gmail.com and we will delete it within 7 days.
Keeping and deleting your information
